    滴灌管内嵌管状滴头的快速制造方法研究

    Rapid Manufacturing Method of Drip Irrigation Pipe In-line Tubular Emitter Based on Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing Technique

    • 摘要: 针对我国干旱半干旱地区节水灌溉的需要,应用快速成型制造技术(RP&M)进行滴灌管内嵌管状滴头的快速制造方法研究的设计及其模具的快速制备,详细介绍了管状滴头CAD设计中所进行的工艺设计,RT工艺模型的生成,样件的制备和金属喷涂快速注塑模具的制造。利用快速成型制造技术,设计制造周期短,模具质量高,从而可以实现对市场的快速响应。

       

      Abstract: In terms of the need of water-saving irrigation in arid and semi-arid northwest area of China,Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing technique is used to design drip irrigation pipe in-line tubular emitters and the manufacture of corresponding rapid tooling. CAD process design of tubular emitter, the generation of RT process model, building of prototypes and manufacturing of metal spray injection mold are introduced in detail. Using this technique, the cycle of design and manufacturing are shorter, the quality of mould is higher. The technique is expected to be employed by the emitter manufacture.
