    粮库温湿度检测系统的研制

    Development of Inspecting & Measuring System of Temperature and Moisture in Grain Depots

    • 摘要: 为了解决目前粮库温湿度检测中存在的问题,该文研究设计了用MCS-51系列单片机实现的粮库温湿度自动检测系统,该系统性能价格比较高。在该系统中,几十个温度传感器都是用灵敏度比较高价格低廉的热敏电阻完成,并用软件克服了这种传感器的线性度和稳定性差的缺点。通过一定的计算和数据处理工作,将对湿度的检测转化为对温度的检测,从而简化了电路,进一步降低了成本。本系统采取了一系列软件抗干扰措施,故运行可靠。

       

      Abstract: The automatic measuring system of temperature and moisture in grain depots was developed by using MCS-51 series microcontrollers, and its working principle and design methods were also introduced in the paper. In the system, the scores of sensor of temperature were made of thermistors with high sensitivity and low price, and these sensors overcame the shortcoming of bad linearity and steadiness by using software. After calculating and data processing, detecting of moisture is changed to measuring of temperature. Thus the circuit became simplified and production costs were reduced. Reliable working has become true because a series of software anti-interference measures were taken in the system.
