    果库温湿度智能调控系统的研制

    Experiment and Design on Intelligent Control System for Temperature and Humidity in Fruit Granary

    • 摘要: 为了精确地测量与调节果库的温度和湿度、利用自然冷源、提高果库的管理质量,设计了一个温度与湿度调控智能化系统。在主控单元中,采用了MCS-51系列的8031单片机,应用汇编语言;在温度的测量单元中,应用集成电路传感器,多通道巡检、采样,经主控单元处理,使测温误差控制在±0.2℃以内;在湿度测量单元中,应用电容式湿度传感器,并进行串联改造,使其在50%~100%的相对湿度范围内保持良好的线性度。在执行机构中,采用了继电保护,对系统的工作过程实行了数字显示、打印记录。

       

      Abstract: In order to measure and adjust the temperature and humidity accurately, natural cold source was used to improve control quality of fruit granary, and a control system of temperature and humidity in fruit granary was developed. The system can enhance the control effect of fruit storage. The temperature and humidity of fruit granary were controlled by using assemble language with the 8031 type singlechip microcomputer of series MCS-51. The error range of temperature was controlled in ±0.2℃, and the linearity of humidity was kept in range of 50%~100%. The process was displayed with figure code and printed.
