    Model of economic transportation distance for land consolidation project

    • 摘要: 运距是影响土地平整工程费用的主要因子。从分析土地平整工程土方挖填特点入手,应用运输模型的基本原理,建立了土地平整工程经济运距计算模型,并把模型应用于北京市大兴区礼贤镇土地整理试点项目。通过与经验计算法计算结果的对比分析,表明模型计算结果是符合实际的。网格大小对计算结果影响很大。应用模型时应根据预算及施工要求,选择适当的网格大小。

       

      Abstract: Transportation distance is one of key factors that affect total budget of land consolidation project. The paper analyzes the feature of excavation and fill of land consolidation project and develops the model of economic transportation distance applying the principle of transportation modeling. The paper takes Lixian Land Consolidation Experimental Project of Daxing District in Beijing as a case to test the model. Comparing the results of the model to one of experience model, it is proved that the economic transportation distance model is practical. However, cell size classificated has great impact on the calculation results. So the users of the model should select optimal cell size according to the demands of budget and construction.
