    6CZZ-600 shaper and its optimized technology for famous needle-type tea

    • 摘要: 针对针形名优茶长期以来只能靠手工操作来实现做形加工,其生产效率低,品质一致性差等缺陷,设计研制了一种加热时间与温度、运转速度可控可调的针形名优茶做形机,分析了曲线锅槽和加压软茶棒对加工工艺及其茶品质的影响。试验结果表明,该做形机加工的针形名优茶品质优良,其通用性好,生产效率高。

       

      Abstract: Based on the disadvantages of lower production efficiency and quality disconformity of famous needle-type tea by manual operation, a shaper for famous needle-type tea with controllable heating time and temperature and operating speed has been designed. The effects of curve tank and compression soft-rod on processing technology and tea qualities were analyzed. Experimental results show that this shaper has good availability and high production efficiency, and can keep original quality of famous needle-type tea.
