    2BD-7型多功能精密耕播机的试验研究

    Experimental study on 2BD-7 type multifunctional precision seed spacing drill

    • 摘要: 为满足大豆“暗垄密”高产栽培技术而研制了具有平作不起垄、精密双条播种、分层深施肥功能的大豆精密耕播机,并获得国家实用新型专利。该机通过滑刀式施肥开沟器、双圆盘播种开沟器等结构的设计,垂直型孔轮式排种器、外槽轮式排肥器的选用,以及性能试验和生产试验证明各项技术性能完全满足大豆“暗垄密”高产栽培技术的要求,提高大豆产量20%以上,适宜在大豆生产中推广使用。

       

      Abstract: For the application of "hidden ridge close planting" in high yield soybean cultivation techniques, a multifunctional precision seed spacing drill was developed with the functions of no ridge flat planting, double-row drilling, multilayer subsoil fertilizer application. And a national patent for utility model for the drill has been obtained. After performance test and field trial, with the design of the sliding blade fertilizer coulter and twin disk seed coulter, and by using a vertical indent hole wheel feed run, outside grooved wheel fertilizer feed in the drill, it has been proved that the technical performance of the drill met the requirements of "hidden ridge close planting" in high yield soybean cultivation techniques, the soybean yield could be increased by more than 20%. The drill is proved to be suitable for extending application in soybean production areas.
