    中国低温种质库建造技术调查分析

    Investigation and analysis of the building technology of low temperature germplasm genebanks of China

    • 摘要: 低温种质库主要用于保存以种子为主体的植物种质资源。该文对中国主要低温种质库采用的保温墙材料和厚度、地面架空层高和抗震设计等建筑技术,机组运行控制方式、制冷方式、制冷剂和除湿方式等制冷除湿技术,以及种子架、干燥设备等进行了调查和分析。根据调查结果,就有关建好低温种质库的关键技术问题,如库房面积、高度、墙壁、围护结构、干燥系统、种子架以及制冷除湿等方面提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: The low temperature germplasm genebank is seed storage facilities for plant germplasm conservation. From the aspect of building technology of several representative low temperature germplasm genebanks, the heat preservation technology and building construction technology, such as the material and thickness of insulation wall, the height of overhead layer and the anti-seismic design, the refrigeration and dehumidification technology, such as the control ways of unit, the refrigeration ways, the cold-producing medium and the dehumidification ways, the form of shelves depositing seeds and the drying equipment, were discussed in this article. The authors also put forward some related technologies and suggestions on acreage, height, wall, enclosing structure, the shelves depositing seeds and the drying condition, which should be considered in the construction of low temperature germplasm genebank.
