    甘蔗切割器切割质量影响因素的试验研究

    Experimental research on factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter

    • 摘要: 为了降低甘蔗切割器切割甘蔗的宿根破头率(后面简称破头率),提高切割器的切割质量,该文采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验方法及试验台试验、建立数学模型,研究了甘蔗切割器切割质量的影响因素,同时,对甘蔗切割器切割质量的影响因素进行了综合优化。结果表明试验因素对切割质量有较大的影响,试验因素综合优化结果能有较降低破头率,在干地或湿地切割甘蔗时,破头率小于14%,有效提高了切割器的甘蔗切割质量。

       

      Abstract: To decrease the broken root rate of sugarcane cutter in cutting sugarcane (summarized as broken rate below), and to increase sugarcane cutter cutting quality, the authors carried out test-bed trial, established mathematics model, studied the factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter, at the same time, synthetically optimize the factors affecting the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter. The results show that trial factors have great effects on cutting quality, and the optimized results can decrease broken rate efficiently. When sugarcane is cut in dry or wet field, the broken rate is less than 14 percent.
