    • 摘要: 发展生物肥是实施农业可持续发展战略的重要举措。发酵是生物肥生产的关键工序。但目前绝大部分企业仍使用简单仪表检测,人工操作,波动大,质量不稳定。为此山东省科学院生物研究所研制了SBA-P1发酵在线pH值与温度智能控制系统。在山东百奥公司生物肥发酵使用过程中,通过该系统分析pH值的变化曲线,研究发酵规律,控制发酵周期,及时处理异常发酵;同时温度实现自动控制,为菌种的生长繁殖提供了稳定适宜的生长环境,提高了菌种的生长繁殖速度,缩短了发酵周期。因此,非常适合在生物肥生产企业中应用。

       

      Abstract: The research of bio-fertilizer is an important step in carrying out the strategy of sustainable development of agriculture. Fermentation is the key in the process of producing bio-fertilizer. However, in current production, most factories use simple manually-operated instrument to measure pH values and temperature; thus fluctuation and unstable quality become severe problems. In order to solve these problems, SBA-P1 Fermentation Online pH-Temperature Intelligent Control System was developed by Biology Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Sciences. This system was applied to the fermentation process in Shandong Bai'ao Co. During the working process, the system draws pH value varying curves for the study of fermentation rules, controls the cycle of fermentation, and deals with abnormal fermentation timely. At the same time, auto-control of temperature could provide the bacteria with stable and suitable environment, increase the speed of growth and reproduction, and shorten the fermentation cycle. Therefore the pH-Temperature Intelligent Control System is very much suitable for the application in bio-fertilizer producing enterprises.
