    房车制动器的稳健优化设计

    Robust optimization design of trailer brake

    • 摘要: 在建立合理的数学模型基础上,以传统优化设计的设计结果作为初值,充分考虑参数的各种干扰以及制造公差的影响,对电磁制动器结构参数进行了稳健优化设计。并对传统优化结果和稳健优化设计所得结果进行了比较、分析和讨论,结果表明,稳健设计后的电磁制动器的性能得到了较大的改善和提高。

       

      Abstract: This design is based on a reasonable mathematical model. Traditional optimization design results are used as initial values, and the effects of diversified interferences and manufacture tolerances are adequately considered, the robust optimized design of the structural parameters of electromagnetic brake was conducted. It is proved that the design which is applied to the result can improve the performance of the electromagnetic brake.
