    Standard system for China rural renewable energy development

    • 摘要: 中国农村可再生能源标准化经过20多年的建设与发展,已经形成了一个具有中国特色的标准化体系,在推动中国农村可再生能源技术与产品研发、示范推广和大规模应用方面,发挥了积极而不可替代的作用。该文通过回顾中国农村可再生能源标准化工作的发展历程以及与国外相关标准机构制定的有关标准进行对比和分析,找出了目前中国农村可再生能源标准化体系建设中存在的问题以及与国外相关标准体系的差距,并提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: After 20 years of construction and development, the rural renewable energy standard system with Chinese characteristics has been formed and it has played an active and irreplaceable role in promoting rural renewable energy technology and product research and development, demonstration, extension and large-scale application. The article reviews the development process of China's rural renewable energy standardization work, compares the domestic standards with those formulated by foreign standard institutes and identifies the major problems with China's rural renewable energy standard system construction and the gap between the domestic and the foreign standard systems and some practical recommendations are put forward.
