    Influence of the concentration of sewage on sludge granularing in the UASB reactor under treating swine manure wastewater condition

    • 摘要: UASB能够在很高负荷下稳定运行的重要原因在于反应器内形成的厌氧颗粒污泥。该文研究了利用UASB处理猪场废水时进水COD浓度对污泥颗粒化的影响,结果发现:颗粒直径随进水浓度的上升而增高,受传质过程中所能进入颗粒内部的营养量所控制,因此要根据COD去除率的情况适时提高进水浓度,及时地随微生物数量的增加补充营养,促进污泥颗粒化;也可以避免因浓度变化太快引起细菌生长过快,污泥结构松散,沉降性能下降,COD去除率和产气率降低。

       

      Abstract: Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket(UASB) reactor is one of effective techniques that treat organic wastewater with high concentration, the efficiency and stable working of the UASB mainly rely on the circle or ellipse granular sludge in the reactor. The influences of the change of the concentration of sewage on the granulation of sludge by the wastewater of hogpen were studied. The results show that the diameter of granule that is controlled by the amount of nutrition that enters into the inner of granule in the course of the transferred matter becomes greater with the increase of the concentration of supplying sewage. Thus the concentration of supplying water should appropriately be improved on the grounds of the removal level of COD. Through ahead nutrition can be supplied timely in accordance with the increasing number of microorganism, as a result, it promotes granular speed and shortens the time of cultivating granular sludge; at the same time, the situation that too much fast growth of microorganism is caused by the sharp change of the concentration of supplying water and leads to the structure of sludge loose and the settlement properties decline is avoided.
