    基于Sufacer和Pro/E的潜水搅拌器叶轮反求设计研究

    Reverse engineering design of submersible mixer's impeller based on Surfacer and Pro/Engineer

    • 摘要: 为了进行某型搅拌器叶轮的抗磨损研究和叶轮备件的国产化,通过三坐标测量机获得叶轮的分散点云,采用Surfacer软件进行点云的处理,获得总的点云,创建叶片曲面,再采用Pro/E软件生成叶轮的三维实体造型。通过这种反求工程方法获得的叶轮实体造型与原叶轮有较高精度的一致,已成功应用于叶轮模具的制造、叶轮的抗磨损研究和备件的国产化工作。

       

      Abstract: In a wastewater treatment plant, there are some problems that the impellers of submersible mixers were damaged with abrasion and the impellers' spare parts must be imported. For solving the problems, a new impeller was designed by reverse engineering. The authors acquired these separated point clouds of the impeller by a coordinate measuring machine. These point clouds were treated and obtained a combined point cloud, and the impeller surfaces were remodeled with the Surfacer software. Then the Pro/E software was used to develop the impeller solid model. The impeller solid model obtained by the reverse engineering was successful in mould making, impeller manufacturing and impeller anti-abrasive researching.
