    Effects of air speed in greenhouse on the growth of muskmelon plants

    • 摘要: 该文研究了温室内0(CK)、0.4(A-1)、1.0(A-2)、2.2 m/s(A-3)的气流运动速率对厚皮甜瓜开花坐果期生长发育和生理效应的影响。结果表明:处理(A-2)较对照单叶叶面积增加21.68%、叶面积指数增加63.06%、气孔导度增加120.32%、蒸腾速率和光合速率均大幅增加,成熟时间提早2 d、总糖含量增加11.07%、产量提高24.43%;同时,成熟果实的可溶性固形物含量和蛋白质含量随着风速的增加而增大,处理A-3分别比CK增大13.88%和3.6%;还原糖含量随风速的增加而递减,CK比处理A-3高10.53%;果肉厚度和果实维生素C含量差异不显著。说明温室内的气流运动速率对厚皮甜瓜的生长发育和产量品质有显著影响,并以1.0 m/s的气流运动速率效果最好。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different air speeds(0.0(CK), 0.4(A-1), 1.0(A-2), 2.2 m/s(A-3)) in greenhouse on muskmelon were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal air speed was treatment A-2. Comparing with CK, 21.68% more leaf area, 63.06% more LAI, 120.32% higher Gs, two days earlier maturation, 24.43% more yield, 11.07% higher total sugar were obtained; while the TSS and protein increased with the air speed. Comparing with CK, A-3 is 13.88% more TSS, 3.6% more protein; the Reduce Sugar decreases with the air speeds, CK is 10.53% more than A-3. The Pulp of melon and vitamin C have no significant difference. It proves that the effect of different air speed in greenhouse on muskmelon was significant and the best air speed is 1.0 m/s.
