    基于虚拟仪器技术的食品物性检测系统的研究

    Food texture detection system based on virtual instrument technology

    • 摘要: 采用虚拟仪器技术、机电一体化技术、单片机技术、传感器技术于一体,研制了食品物性参数的自动检测和分析系统。系统硬件由食品受力传感器、食品变形位移传感器、定时器、信号调理、数据采集、串口通讯、扩展LCD等模块电路构成;软件基于Lab Windows/CVI虚拟仪器开发平台,采用多线程技术实现了信号采集、动态曲线显示、试验数据的实时分析和处理。试验结果表明:该系统的检测精度高、检测功能完善及抗干扰能力强,具有理论研究意义和实用价值。

       

      Abstract: A food texture automatic measurement and analysis system was developed. This system adopts the advanced virtual instrument technology combined with the single-chip technique, integration of mechanics and the sensor technique. The module circuits were designed in the hardware system, including force sensors, displacement and deformation sensors, timer, signal conditioner, the data acquisition, the serial-port communication and the expanded LCD. Based on the virtual instrument developing platform of LabWindows/CVI, the data acquisition, the interface demonstration and the real-time of data processing were realized by means of multi-thread technique. The experimental results indicate that this system cannot only increase the measurement accuracy and anti-interference capabilities, but also perfect the measurement performance. The study has great significance in both theory and practice.
