    Gas-heat-electricity triple cogeneration technology for gasification of Spartina

    • 摘要: 该文根据大米草的组成成分特性,利用热解气化技术,针对原料富含钾、钠、氯等元素引发碱金属问题,确定了合适的气化工艺,并对气化炉的结构进行优化、改进。将原料中的碳、氢等元素转化为一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等可燃气体,通过净化处理后,成为优质、廉价的清洁能源;同时针对大米草燃气的燃烧特性,对采暖供热锅炉和燃气内燃发电机组进行了优化和改进,实现了气、电、热三联供。该技术为建设独立的、完整的、资源-能源-环境一体化的大米草能源系统提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Because Spartina contains plenty of minerals such as chlorine and kalium, it could cause slagging during gasification. The authors researched and developed gasification techniques and equipment which are suitable to transform Spartina into clean gas and realize gas-heat-electricity triple cogeneration. The techniques improved utilization ratio of gasification equipment and accessory system, and realized large-scale and industrial utilization of Spartina. Independent, integrated and integrative resource-energy-environment Spartina energy system can be established by gas-heat-electricity triple cogeneration technology. It can transform low-cost and low quality resource into high quality energy(gas, electricity, heat) to meet the local energy requirements.
