    Finite element analysis of loaded silver carp in fish shearing machine clips

    • 摘要: 为探求剖鱼机合理的喂料方式并优化其夹片结构,进而减少鱼体加工时被夹片夹持所受的损伤,在对鲢鱼鱼体抗压特性研究的基础上,确定鱼体力学特性参数,建立鱼体有限元模型并验证了其计算结果的可行性。鱼体在夹片夹紧过程中的受力和变形有限元分析结果表明:在夹片上边缘的挤压和剪切作用下,鱼体表面存在的应力集中和凹陷是其受损的主要原因,为夹片曲面形状和结构的改进指明了方向,同时揭示出鱼体在加工时应采用腹部向下的喂料方式。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out the reasonable feeding way and optimize the structure of clips, then reduce mechanical damage of silver carp by clips during processing, the mechanical properties parameters of silver carp were determined and the finite element model of silver carp was established and validated based on the compression experiment. The results of finite element analysis for the load and deformation on silver carp in clips indicate that the main factors causing the mechanical damage of silver carp are the stress concentration and depression on the fish body under the compression and shearing action of clips’ top edge. The modified scheme for the curved surface shape and structure of clips were presented by the calculated results of finite element analysis. Meanwhile the optimum feeding way indicated by the results is to make the belly of fish downward.
