    • 摘要: 为了实现猪肉生产和消费的网络化管理,使猪肉质量安全可追溯系统网络化、普及化,分析了国内工厂化猪肉生产过程的现状和存在的问题,综合应用RFID射频电子标识、二维条形码标签技术,将网络技术和数据库技术相结合构建了一种适合中国国情的肉用猪和猪肉安全质量监控的可追溯系统,该系统可对猪肉工厂化安全生产进行全程信息的跟踪,特别是提供了从生猪养殖到猪肉流通的可溯源软硬件平台;为了控制养殖环境和提高养殖效益,提出了基于现场总线的生猪生长环境的小气候监控系统和模糊神经网络控制算法。试验结果表明,该系统操作方便,人机界面友好,性能价格比高。系统的实施提高了猪肉生产的质量和效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the network management of pork production and consumption and make pork quality safety traceability system be networked and popularizing, after analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the domestic factorization pork production, RFID electron marking and two-dimensional bar code label technology were applied, and the network and database technology were unified to construct the efficient monitoring and management tracing system which was suitable to Chinese situation for pigs and pork quality safety. The system could trace the whole safety information of pork factory production, and especially provide the software and hardware platform of traceability from cultivation to pork circulation; In order to control cultivation environment and enhance benefit, the microclimate monitoring system based on field bus and fuzzy neural network controlling algorithm was presented. The results proved that the system was operated simply, and had a good interface and a high ratio of performance to price. The application of the system has improved pork production quality and efficiency.
