    大尺寸玻璃钢仔猪电热板的设计及其应用效果(简报)

    Design of large size fiberglass reinforced plastics for piglet electric heating panels and application effects

    • 摘要: 为了克服传统仔猪电热板的缺点,该研究设计了两种新型仔猪电热板,并对其在生产中的使用效果进行了研究。新型仔猪电热板的大小为600 mm×800 mm,厚度为30 mm,主体结构材料采用玻璃钢,新型仔猪电热板Ⅰ的发热体采用额定功率为80W的电热膜,新型仔猪电热板Ⅱ的发热体则采用额定功率为90 W电热线,调功开关采用电位器开关。在实验室确定两种新型仔猪电热板的预热时间和功率的使用范围后,进行养猪生产现场的初步测试。结果表明:两种新型仔猪电热板都表现出功率调节能力较强的优点,能减轻普通仔猪电热板对仔猪造成的温热不适,改善了仔猪的福利状况,新型仔猪电热板Ⅰ组、新型仔猪电热板Ⅱ组、普通仔猪电热板组和250 W红外线灯组的仔猪的育成率分别为98.53%,95.71%,92.65%和84.29%;仔猪下痢死亡率分别为1.47%,2.86%,5.88%和12.86%。

       

      Abstract: In order to overccome the drawbacks of traditional one, experiments were carried out to design and make two new types of piglet electric heating panels. Application effects in practice were examined. This new one had a dimension of 600 mm×800 mm, and was 30 mm in thickness. Its outer cover was made up of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP). The electro-thermal films and the electro-thermal lines that had rated power of 80 W and 90 W respectively, became the heating materials of the new-type piglet electric heating panel. The regulating power switch was a dimmer. The changes of temperature were discovered at the different power levels in the lab. Then, application effects in practice were preliminarily proved. The results indicated that under the conditions of this study, the two types of piglet electric heating panels had significant advantages in power regulation, and so, piglets felt very comfortable for them selves, which meant the increase of piglet lying time in hovers. Moreover, the two new types of piglet electric heating panels improved the welfare and health of piglets. Under the four different conditions designed in this study, new-type piglet electric heating panel Ⅰ, Ⅱ, the traditional type of piglet electric heating panel, and an infrared ray lamp 250 W, the survival rates of weaning piglets were 98.53%, 95.71%, 92.65% and 84.29%, respectively. The mortality rates of diarrhoea of piglet were 1.47%, 2.66%, 5.88% and 12.86%, respectively.
