牛蹄三维几何模型逆向工程研究

    Three-dimensional geometrical modeling of the exterior configuration of a cattle hoof by reverse engineering technology

    • 摘要: 利用3D SCANNER扫描测量仪对单个牛蹄角表面进行扫描,获取了三维点群数据。利用逆向工程软件Surfacer进行了去除噪声、光滑、拼接等点群初步处理,采用直接用特征曲线生成曲面的方法重构了牛蹄角的三维几何模型。对重建的三维几何模型与原始点群之间的误差进行了分析,为将逆向工程技术应用到工程仿生领域定量研究动物步行足三维几何特征及松软地面仿生步行技术的发展提供了一定的基础。

       

      Abstract: Geometrical surfaces of a single cattle hoof was measured on a 3D scanner and their point clouds were obtained. The point clouds were, preliminarily, dealt with by software Surfacer, including the wipe-out of the interferential points, the simplification, the smoothing and the linkage of the point clouds. The three-dimensional exterior configuration model was reconstructed through generating the curved surface directly using characteristic curves. The errors between the three-dimensional exterior configuration model reconstructed and point clouds obtained by software Surfacer were analyzed. This work laid a basis for the animal hoof three-dimensional exterior configuration and development of the biomimetic walking technique in soft terrain machinery.
