THE EXPLORATION OF THE APPLICATION OF MICRO-COMPUTER TO ESTABLISH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF LAND RESOURCES ON A COUNTY LEVEL

It is inevitable that the land resources management systems should be built in the man-machine model. This paper suggests to establish a three level systems-county, province and state systems-for land resources management. It makes a special effort to state the feasibility and systems constitution of establishing county level land resources management systems by microcomputer. It suggests to classify the informatin unit by geographic coordinate. It states the method to collect informations and to make the eatalogues. At last, it introduces the DBMS of land resources management systems used for a county level.
