Application of microelectronics and information technique has been become into an active researching area in the international agricultural engineering . It is efficiency to economy input to agricultural production, to improve environment condition for animal and crop production, to realize atuomatical monitor and control process technologic parameters as well as to make precision for farm managers. This paper is contributed to introduce some information about new trends in developed country. Some suggestions for promotion research and technique devleopment to suit the needs of Agricultural technical innovation in our country has been presented.
