AN INVESTIGATION ON THE PRESENT CONDITIONS OF FACTORY PIG RAISING FARMS AND A DISCUSSION ON THEIR DEVELOPMENT TENDENCY IN CHINA

Authors of this paper made an investigation on the present conditions of more than twenty factory pig raising farms of more than ten big or medium cities in China. They also systematically analyzed the raising technology, the design and construction of pig sties and all the mechanized facilities to be used on those farms. According to Chinese modern situation, the paper discussed the tendency of development of factory pig raising farms in future and made suggestions how to develop such farms.
