    THE TEST RESEARCH OF HYPOBARIC STORAGE FOR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

    • The hypobaric storage is an ideal way to keep fruits and vegetables fresh which can prolong their decrepit process for their respiratory rate and the production of inherent C2H4 are inhibited. A test system of hypobaric storage controlled by computer is developed so as to avail the test mush, becauce the great advantage of this system is that it can automatically examine, print out and adjust date of pressure, temperature, O2 and CO2 in the storage room.It was proved that the technique of hypobaric storage was performed effectively in the storage tests of some fresh and tender fruits and vegetables, such as Wuxi honeypeach and mushroom.
