Abstract
In this paper, test and research of different pretreatments (mechanical, freezing and watering) on the squeezing performance of red tea, green tea, carrot and celery have been made by means of the model of hydralic plane squeezer. Better pre-treatment methods of these materials have been put forward. The mechanical pre-treatment has been analysed in theory. The conclusions may be a referenece to design and operate squeezer.
