THE DESIGN OF MICROCOMPUTER-LAND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON A COUNTY LEVEL

To apply microcomputer to manage land resources has a broad prospect. In this paper, the general picture and necessary functions of a county land resources management system will be expounded, the principles which must to be follow when design the system will be provided . In addition , some concrete technique problems, which must pay attention for increasing operational speed and enhancing managing capability of the system , will be described in the paper , including coding of village's name , planning of conditional sequence in DO CASE-END-CASE, index handing, partinal location and file management.
