    THE PRESENT SITUATION AND THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRIAL PIG PRODUCTION IN CHINA

    • The paper states that the industrial pig production in China started in the mid-seventies by building certain amount of industrial pig farms in suburbs of big cities. From then on, it was carried on with Chinese characters. Surely, China met with a plenty of difficulties and set-backs at the beginning. Guang Dong province first set up many open-to-the-worl pig farms which use industrial pig-raising technology because of the demand of oxport in the past few years. Recently, some big cities built a lot for setting up industrial pig farms. That brings us a vast vistas in industrial pig raising in our country. Through practising during more than past ten years, Chinese people have accumulated a lot of experience and learned some lessons.
