THE DAMAGE ON ULTRASTRUCTURE OF STRAWBERY DURING STORAGE AND UNDER VIBRATION

The ultrastructure change of strawberry after storage or transport simulation vibration was studied under electronic microscopy technology. The experimental results show that the damage developments in organelles are different with changing the acceleration, frequency and time of vibration, and changing concentration of CO₂ and O₂. Both types and positions of damage on strawberry are dissimilar.
