A RESEARCH ON CLRCUMSTANCE OF STRABERRY IN LOW OXYEN STORAGE
Based on the resarch of respiration propeties of strawberry in low oxgen storage, the respiration model and quality control model were established to defermine the ideal circumstance of strawberry in LOS, and the storing effect was evaluated by the fuzzy mathematical model and the physical-Chemical testing model.
