Digital Simulation and Operating Experiments of Red Ginseng Grouping Process

Grouping mechanism of red ginseng grouping machine is discussed in this paper. With digital simulation method, computing experiments of red ginseng grouping process were made under several operating conditions. According to the computing experiment results, the basic design paramettrs for grouping machine, whose output and accuracy were respectively 30 kg / h and (600)+3g, were chosen.After grouping machine was built up, a number of real operating experiments were taken in order to check the principle and method of red ginseng grouping. The real operating experiment results coincided with digital simulation result very well.
