Development Planning of Agricultural Mechanization in Lingling Prefecture of Hunan

On the basis of strategical study on the development of agricultural mechanization in Lingling Prefecture, the planning goals were set. the development planning of agricultural mechanization in the period up to the year 2000 was wored out by the integrated method of qualitative analysis and quantitative ayalysis, and finally the feasibility of the Planning was evaluated.
