Correlation Analysis of Rural Energy Development on Rural Economy Growth

This paper analyses impact which rural energy development makes on rural economy, using the case of 12 demonstration counties for integrated rural energy development during 1986-1990, by the means of correlation analysis method of grey system. The results indicate that, in the condition of a small amount increase of commercial energy, integrated rural energy development makes rural econmy increase in the speed above the average of nation-wide, and it becomes an important factor for rural economy growth.
