An Analysis on the Research of the Basic Way on Rural Energy Development in the Developed Region of Jiangsu Province

In the developed region of Jiangsu Province, the form of rural economy has been changed greatly, the pttern of small-scale peasant economy has been broken and the life of the farmers is prosperous, so, the energy consumption either in daily life or in production tend to be urbanized. The paper suggests that the basic way of rural energy development in future in this region should be as follows: reforming traditional form of burning straws and grasses directly toaccomplish modernization of household fuels and utilization forms; setting up the view which energy development serve to rural economy development and the idea of participating in; introducing advanced techniques and relying on the progress of science and technology to raise the level of energy development; building the industry system and service system to make the device and product in series with standardization in order to form real rural energy industry, and achieving the modernization of production, supply and service.
