Abstract
The biogas produced by marine algae in a 200m of biogas pool in the villages of island can be used to generate electricity. In these areas, marine algae grow vigorously from April to August every year. The wind in the island is very strong from September to the next March, so it also can be used to generate electricity. Especially when microbes flourish from Summer to Autumn, this power station can produce a lot of biogas which can generate enough electricity. So it makes up the short of electric power in the weak wind power periods. Therefore, a 8kW of biogas power set and a 5 KW of wind power set can be combined for the reciprocal generating power, This model can be appliable to the islands where there isn't fire power electricity.
