The Application of Goal Programming for Economic Systems of County & Village Industries

On the basis of an investigation into the economic system of county and village industries and by using econometrics method, predication technique, and modren control theory, the author built a dynamic model for this industrial economic systems, then proceeded to change it into the model of goal programming, and had it applied to the industrial subsystem of the Da-an county, integrating with the comprehensive social economic plan of this county. In the computer center of the Jilin University of Technology, the author got the optimal solution of this model by using Siemens, the medium-size computer. This results can be used as an evidence for a long-period plan of this county.
