    Spectrophotometric System Operated with a Microcomputer for Agricultural Product Quality Testing

    • This paper describes a newly developed spectrophotometric system for agricultural product quality testing, operated with a microcomputer-controlled wavelength scanning and data analysis. The reflectance spectra of agricultural products can be quickly acquired with this system. The data processing program involves several subroutines: smoothing data, reflectance ratio, transmittancy, differential spectra, parameters of colorimetric system, multiple regression analysis.
