A Study on Squeezing Technology of Dehydrated Sword Beans and Its Effect on the Recovery Rate

Abstract
This paper tells that the squeezing processes on sword beans with different moisture content were taken on the squeezing test-bed, and then recovery tests were carried out after drying. The D-saturating optimization method is used for getting the regression formula. An optimum technology is advanced after analysis. Finally, the influences of squeezing on recovery rate and paste rate are discussed.
