Discussions on the Higher Education Reform of the Agricultural Engineering of China

It had been fully proved during the reform in the past decade that agricultural engineering science and technology were have played an insubstitutive role in the progress of Chinese agriculture and rural economy. Under the specific conditions of China, agricultural engineering scientific personnels and practitioners confront extremly harsh terms. China has had an experience of forty years in a. e. higher education, there exist problems needed to be further improved so as to raise its social effectiveness. In this paper author makes some suggestions for improvement.
