    Coordinativity of Regional Economy

    • This is an introduction of a set of papers on coordination development of regional economy. Theory of self-organization is applied to the study. Based on the description of the pattern of Chinese regional economy and the studies of regional economy that had been completed, the authors pointed out that coordinativity must be espacially emphasized and discussed its contents, operating mechanism and manipulation.Two coordinate principles of regional economy are offered:(1) On condition that the inequality of regional economy does not surpass a certain limit, it should strivie for the best efficiency. As a result of the investigation and analysis made of the actual inequality now in existing among a number of countries and among different provinces in China, the limit of regional economy difference is'determined as the income of the rich is 5. S to 6. S times that of the poor now in China. (2) The organization effect from government interference must be able to create a condition that not only can the positive aspect of self-organization from market mechanism be developed fully, but also can the negative aspect of self-organization from market mechanism be restrained efficiently.
