Some Aspects of Technology Transfer in "Spark Programm" from National to International

The author proposes the possibilities to transfer appropriate technology from China to other developing countries through "Spark Programm".It is proposed that (1) "Spark Programm" should be included in the bilateral and multilateral relationships;(2)justifying the projects which can be supported by Goverment Organizations and Non- goverment Organizations;(3)encouraging the enterprises in China to invest in other developing countries; (4) establishing Chinese international cooperation for appropriate technology transfer;(5) carrying out feasibility study; (6) establishing Chinese international programm for appropriate technology.
