Development and Test on 9TW1-type Electrothermal Device for Raising Newborn Rabbits

Since the winter temperature in the unheated rabbit shed is very low in north China,it severely affects rabbit fertility. The survival rate of the newborn rabbits is less than 40%. In order to improve the environment of the newborn rabbits,a new type of electrothermal device had been developed and used for raising newborn rabbits. In three year tests,the survival rate of the testing group is increased 102% than that of the control group and the common groups, and the growth rate is increased 65 %.The device has advantages of simple,low cost and easy to operate. It has a high value in extension and operation.
