Design of a Centrifugal Machine for the Separation of Solid from Liquid in Dung

For requirement of the dung treatment at animal housing, a centrifugal machine, model 9LF- 4. 0, was designed.Taper drum is the most important pan of the centrifugal machine, with it the machine can discharge automatically. The authors deal with the calculating of the strength and vibration, the design of vibration absorption, the select of the taper and the filtrating medium, etc.The separation experiments carried out in swine housing and laying housing, which shows that this machine is suitable in the solid-liquid separation. Its simple structure and cheaper price are the two of its main advantages. In addition , it can be easily operated and can run continuously.
