Abstract
This research studies the tilling loads and optimizes the structural as well as working parameters of rigidly hitched power driven disk plow. Three component forces of tilling resistance and resistant torque acting on disk axle are measured through disk unit test. Statistic distribution and power spectra density features of tilling loads, and their dependence on tillage factors are analysed. Accomplishment will provide fundamental reference for developing power driven disk tillage products.
