    Study on On-line Extrusion Rheological Properties for Glutinous Rice and Corn Powders

    • The on-line extrusion rheological properties of grain powders such as Glutinous,Japanica.Indi-ca rices and corn are measured by using slit rheometer. The inherent equations of these powders at low to intermediate moisture content are determined. The rheological properties of these materials are in accordance with power function law.
