On the Development Supporting System for Rural Industries and Its Operating Mechanism

Systematic analysis method is applied to summarising the experiences of the experimental project for comprehensive development of economy at Zaixiangzhuang Village, Huairou County, Beijing Municipality, probing into the development supporting system for rural industries and its operating mechanism. The "hard" input supporting system and "soft" environmental regulating system for rural industrial advancement as well as the economic, dynamic and regulating mechanism of the systematic development are comprehensively described.
