A Study on Agricultural Mechanization in Guangdong Province

The present situation of agricultural mechanization in Guangdong Province was analysedfollowed by a conclusion that the function of agricultural mechanization should be recomprehended. In order to accelerate agricultural mechanization, measures should be taken, i, e: the management offices at different, levels should be set up and enforced, long and short term plans of the develop-ment of agricultural mechanization should be drawn, experiment stations for plant cropping, animal raising and fishery should be set up in different regions, including the whole process of pre- mid-and post production, research teams should be enhanced with Institutes at different levels recordinat-ed and related regulation improved, and education on agricultural mechanization, including high, middle and prime school training, and adult and professional training should be enforced.
