Study on the Processing Technology of for Townships Small-Size Graded Flour Mills

On the basis of national condition of China and the characteristics of small-size mills, this paper discussed the importance and the details of setting up the processing technology and equipment of small-size graded flour for the townships. The feasibility and reliability are emphatically discussed on air flow transportation, dry cleaning technology, wheat moisture adjustment, and short way technology. The author also presented some ideas to deal with the problems of township flour mills.
