Experiment and Study on Equilibrium Moisture Content of Leechee

A static gravimetric method was used to determine the equilibrium moisture content (EMC) for absorption and desorption of leechee at 10-40℃ and full range of relative humidity. The test results show that the effect on EMC of leechee by relative humidity is more significant as compared with by temperature. The regression for test results indicates that Henderson's equation can be used to describe the EMC curves for absorption and desorption of leechee.
