Comparative Study of Different Straw Treatment Methods

The study collected 9 straw treatment methods, which are used practically or hopefully. The experiment programs were designed under the same testing materials and the similar condition in order to do the comparison of effect of different straw treatment methods.The methods of determination included chemical composition analysis for crude protein and crude fibre, in vitro dry matter disappearance (IVDMD), survey of the micro-structure exchange of cell well and measuring the exchange of chemical constituents of hemi-cellulose and lignin. According to the test results, opinions about future research and production were proposed.
