    A Study on the Technology of Keeping Fruits and Vegetables Fresh by Utilizing Natural Cooling Resource

    • The experimental results are summarized of the first large storage (abbreviated to ZL1200) in the world by utilizing natural cooling resource (abbreviated to UNCR). The mechanism, advantages, effect of keeping fresh by UNCR technology are elaborated as well as the operation of the storage. Based on the results, following can be drawn; compared with common mechanical refrigerated (abbreviated to CMR) storage, ZL1200 storage can spare electricity more than 90%, effect of keeping fresh is better on account of its stable temperature and high relative humidity. Besides it has some other outstanding advantages, such as no pollution, convenience of being automatically managed.
